  • Patent number: 10751627
Abstract: The present application describes methods and systems for administration of a gamification system. Administrators can be separated into tiers, each with differing levels of control. Embodiments of the present disclosure include a system that receives, from an administrator, a request to generate a second gamification site and to copy content from a first gamification site to a second gamification site. The system then determines if the administrator is enabled to do so. If the administrator has the appropriate permission, the second gamification site may be generated, and the content from the first gamification site may be copied to the second gamification site.

  • Patent number: 10384135
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for generating, by an adaptive wizard, a customized gamification system to a customer. The gamification system is a system of events and milestones that provides a means by which the customer can recognize and award desired behavior patterns in order to increase engagement with users. The adaptive wizard generates the gamification system based on customer input and/or observed user behavior on a customer website. The adaptive wizard receives the input and determines content of the gamification system. The adaptive wizard processes the inputs and develops the gamification system for implementation by the customer to assist in achieving customer enterprise goals.

  • Publication number: 20170193847
Abstract: The present application describes methods and systems that dynamically define content for use in a gamification network system. Embodiments of the present disclosure include a system that determines a user engagement level for a particular user based at least on stored information regarding a user population including information about past user behavior. The system then modifies the gamification content based at least on the determined user engagement level, the modification being designed to increase the user's engagement level.
