  • Patent number: 6814362
Abstract: A wheeled agricultural cart for transporting plant materials having at least one removable shelf. The shelf includes a planar shelf element for supporting the plant materials attached to a shelf frame by an adhesive material having a resiliently deformable thickness. The material maintains a vertically spaced part relationship between the shelf element and the frame, preventing them from rattling against one another.

  • Publication number: 20040107667
Abstract: A unitized corner brace for attachment to the corner of a structure. The unitized corner brace comprises a central portion having an edge and a right angle; two spaced apart tabs extending from the edge, each tab having a stepped portion proximal to the edge and stepped towards each other, the right angle being between the spaced apart tabs such that the tabs are perpendicular to each other; and, opposed bracket portions extending from the central portion. A method of manufacturing a unitized corner brace from a single piece of material and a stackable structure made using a unitized corner brace are also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 6619680
Abstract: A wagon for agricultural use having an all-wheel steering mechanism. The wheels are hingedly attached to their respective axles. Steering alignment of the front wheels is provided by the wagon tongue, which is pivotally connected to the wagon frame and at least one of the front wheels. The front wheels are connected to each other by a steering linkage, consisting of two equal length members pinned to each other at a connection point. A front shaft crank is pivotally attached at the same connection point and rigidly attached to a rotatable shaft mounted with bearings to the underside of the wagon frame. Changes to the steering alignment of the front wheels causes lateral movement of the connection point, leading to rotation of the shaft and a corresponding direct change in alignment of the rear wheels, which are equipped with a similar system of linkages and cranks. This causes the front and rear wheels to follow the same path.

  • Publication number: 20030160409
Abstract: A wheeled agricultural cart for transporting plant materials having at least one removable shelf. The cart has vertical pillars at each corner thereof with a plurality of substantially rectangular vertical slots. Each shelf has a frame including downward facing hook members at each corner thereof. The shelf is removably attached to the cart by insertion of each hook member into a slot on a corresponding vertical pillar. The shelf includes a planar shelf element for supporting the plant materials attached to the frame by an adhesive material having a resiliently deformable thickness. The material maintains a vertically spaced apart relationship between the shelf element and the frame, preventing them from rattling against one another. The preferred adhesive materials are polyurethane adhesive pastes and foam tapes.
