  • Patent number: 5553467
Abstract: An adjustable ear clip device for relieving pressure on the ear lobe of a wearer is provided. The adjustable ear clip includes a base plate with a pair of spaced ears connected thereto. An angled stop plate emanates from the base plate at a location adjacent to the bottom of a notch in the base plate. A mounting plate is connected to the base plate to receive an ornamental member. An ear engaging member includes a pair of spring-biased arms for engaging the ears. A spring tongue is positioned between the arms and has a stop bolt aperture therethrough. • Patent number: 5376415
Abstract: A removable and yieldable hood ornament apparatus which includes a compact structure for easy transportability is disclosed. The apparatus includes a base member with an ornament emblem mounted thereto, the base member includes a plurality of transversely protruding key members for receipt by a plurality of locking members positioned within a housing disposed below the surface of the automobile hood. A spring biased floor maintains the protruding key members in their respective locking members. • Patent number: 4477949
Abstract: A belt buckle for use with a belt strap having a first end and a second end with the first end having at least one opening extending therethrough and the second end having a plurality of longitudinally spaced holes extending therethrough. The buckle is of two-piece construction including a base member and a top member, both of which have no undercut portions and thus can be simply formed by conventional die casting techniques. The base member forms a seat for the first strap end and the second strap end is adapted to extend therebeneath such that a pin downwardly extending from the top member is adapted to extend through the aligned strap holes (a slot in the seat portion of the base member is provided for this purpose) and thus serve to connect the buckle and belt straps in the desired fashion. The top member hingedly connects to a portion of an end wall upstanding from the base member.
