  • Publication number: 20180216348
Abstract: A support bracket for supporting a gutter cover on a gutter having an outer lip. The support bracket comprises a first leg having an outer end positioned within the outer gutter lip and an inner end extending downwardly and inwardly from the outer end thereof and merging with a second leg that extends inwardly and upwardly to a high point. The second leg merges with a third leg at the high point that extends downwardly and inwardly into engagement with an inner portion and bottom of the gutter. The high point of the support bracket is positioned at a height above the outer gutter lip to ensure that a gutter cover positioned on the bracket will have a slope extending downwardly toward the outer gutter lip.

  • Patent number: 9605426
Abstract: A method of installing a self-supporting radiant barrier or insulation between roof joists or wall studs secured to an exterior building surface. Flexible and resilient strips are positioned in an inwardly bowed condition between adjacent roof joists or wall studs. A radiant barrier or insulation is positioned between the adjacent roof joists or wall strips in a bowed condition in engagement with the bowed strips. Thereafter, flexible and resilient rods are positioned in a bowed condition in engagement with the roof joists or wall studs, the radiant barrier or insulation and over the bowed strips to secure the radiant barrier or insulation to the underlying bowed strips and the adjacent roof joists or wall studs. The bowed strips, radiant barrier or insulation and the bowed rods are all located within the interior surfaces of the roof joists or wall studs.

  • Patent number: 9115497
Abstract: A screen assembly for receiving high volumes of water flowing from a roof to a gutter. The screen assembly has a first support frame having an upstanding rim extending around a periphery thereof and being construed to be mounted on the gutter and secured to an adjacent portion of a roof fascia. The first support frame has an opening in a bottom surface thereof that is constructed to be disposed over a gutter opening when the first support frame is mounted on the gutter. The screen assembly has a second support frame having a screen secured thereto and extending over the second support frame. The second support frame has a shape corresponding to that of the first support frame and is mounted thereon in close relationship to and within the upstanding rim of the first support frame, the second support frame being connected to the upstanding rim.
