Abstract: The subject invention relates to a screening system, preferably a finger screening system, for screening particulate material. The screening system for screening particulate material comprises a screening assembly including a housing. A plurality of screening modules are mounted for direct attachment to and removal from the screening assembly. Each screening module comprises a support block having a front end and a back end and a plurality of rods joined at a first end to the front end of the support block. The second end of the rods are free of attachment and form a row of the rods extending outwardly from the support block. The row of rods define an array of sieve openings of a predetermined size for allowing particulate material up to a predetermined size to pass through the screening module. A plurality of attachment assemblies are also provided for clamping the plurality of screening modules to the screening assembly.

Abstract: This invention concerns a screen lining for a screening machine whose screen frame has parallel supporting sections running in the direction of conveyance of the screened material, with plate-shaped screen elements made of plastic that form the screen surface and have locking devices at least on the sides facing the supporting sections with which they can be locked on strips having corresponding locking devices, which strips in turn have locking devices on the lower side for detachable connection to the supporting sections.

Abstract: Screen plates comprise a support frame with support profiles and screen linings made from a rubber elastic material arranged in field-like and detachable manner thereon and are fixed between adjacent support profiles by means of ledges located on their opposite end faces and projecting downwards over their underside. A particularly simple construction from the fitting and replacement standpoint with respect to the individual screen linings and in particular for the purpose of preventing wear, is obtained if the support profiles are constructed as I-profiles and the ledges of the screen linings are provided on their remote outsides with, in each case, one slot engaging over the beams of adjacent I-profiles from the free edge, the width of each screen lining measured on the slot bottom being at least zonely somewhat larger than the clear width between the beams of adjacent I-profiles.
