Abstract: A cap for use with a beverage container comprising a housing that attaches to a beverage container, the housing comprising an opening for dispensing the contents of the beverage container and further comprising a valve button, a valve seal actuator located inside the housing, and a valve seal comprising a food grade elastomeric material that in its resting position is biased against the internal top surface of the housing to seal the opening, wherein pressure on the valve button activates the valve seal actuator to open the seal formed between the valve seal and the opening.

Abstract: A theft-resistant container or keeper of the instant invention is suitable for use with a case having a hinged edge and an opening edge, the keeper comprising a frame, a locking mechanism, a cover member. The frame has a back panel, a top wall, a bottom wall, a side wall and an extended frame portion off the bottom wall, the side wall substantially covering the opening edge of the case when contained in the keeper. The locking mechanism is substantially housed in the extended frame portion, the locking mechanism having a locking tab, a locking member and a latch. The locking mechanism is movable between a locked position and a unlocked position where the locking tab is biased toward the locked position. Spring members may also be provided in the frame to adapt the frame to cases of varying sizes and dimensions. A releasor is provided to release the case from the theft-resistant container.

Abstract: A photographic print and developing tray which is to removably connect to the bottom of the base of a photographic enlarger. The photographic enlarger is to utilize a photographic transparency which is to be projected onto an unexposed photographic paper mounted within the photographic print and developing tray. The photographic print and developing tray includes a removable cover which is removed during exposure of the photographic paper. The tray is to accommodate photographic print developing liquid. The liquid is to be supplied to the tray through a dispenser. The dispenser includes a spout which to tightly engage with the tray. The dispenser also includes a manually operable valve which is to be movable from a closed position to an open position to permit moving of liquid between the tray and the dispenser.

Abstract: A light-tight, elongated, hollow tapered wall base to which a slide housing is movably connected. The slide housing includes a light source which produces a light beam which passes through a filter assembly and a lens assembly to the bottom of the base. A photographic transparency is to be mounted within a slide holder which in turn is movably located in a close fitting relationship within a slide receiving station. The slide receiving station is formed within the slide housing between the filter assembly and the lens assembly. Removably connected to the bottom of the base is a photographic print tray assembly. The photographic print tray assembly includes a focusing target. The image projected from the photographic transparency is to be observed on the focusing target by a view port which is formed within the base.
