  • Publication number: 20230302391
Abstract: A filter element has a filter medium with a plurality of successive folds arranged in a longitudinal direction from a first transverse side of the filter medium to a second transverse side of the filter medium. A fold height of the successive folds continuously decreases in the longitudinal direction. A fold width of the successive folds continuously decreases in the longitudinal direction. A filter device such as an air filter is provided with such a filter element.

  • Patent number: 10561781
Abstract: A blood filtering device has a filtration section with filter medium separating raw side and clean side. A first communication path connects raw side and a first variable blood reservoir volume; a second communication path connects raw side and a second variable blood reservoir volume coupled to a receptacle. When varying the first variable blood reservoir volume, blood contained therein flows through first communication path to raw side, plasma/serum passes through the filter medium from raw side to clean side, and residual blood flows from raw side through second communication path into the second variable blood reservoir volume. When varying the second variable blood reservoir volume, blood contained therein flows through second communication path to raw side, plasma/serum passes through the filter medium from raw side to clean side, and residual blood flows from raw side through first communication path into first variable blood reservoir volume.

  • Publication number: 20120238198
Abstract: A filter element (1), for example a cabin filter for a motor vehicle, includes a pleated fold pack (2), a plastic frame (4) that is molded at least in part to the fold pack (2) supporting pleat profiles (3), and a plastic foam seal (7) that is foamed at least in part onto the plastic frame (4). In a method for producing a corresponding filter element (1), a plastic frame (4) is generated at least in part around a fold pack (2) in a first injection molding process, and subsequently a plastic foam seal (7) is generated at least in part on the plastic frame (4) in a second injection molding process.

  • Publication number: 20090101554
Abstract: A filtering device has a filter cup made from plastic material, a filter element inserted into the filter cup, and a filter lid closing off the filter cup. At least one labeling surface is provided on the filter cup. The at least one labeling surface is a plastic film provided with at least one labeling and is applied to the filter cup by in-mold labeling.
