Abstract: A new combination utility bag and carriage apparatus for transporting items therein. The inventive device includes a utility bag and a carriage. The utility bag has an interior, top and bottom panels, a pair of end panels and a pair of side panels. The top panel has an elongate top slit into the interior of the utility bag. Coupled to each side panel is a side handle. One of the side panels has a pair of skate sleeves coupled thereto. The bottom panel has a pair of spaced apart elongate rail ridges. The carriage has top and bottom surfaces, first and second ends, and a pair of sides extending between the ends of the carriage. The carriage has a plurality of ground engaging wheels rotatably mounted thereto and the bottom surface of the carriage has a plurality of elongate skids. The bottom panel of the utility bag is restable on the top surface of the carriage.
