Abstract: Protective bibs for wearers of different age groups and sets of clothing including such bibs are disclosed. The bibs include fasteners configured for fastening a bib to a diaper/pants-type garment or to a belt/band-type suspender of the garment, or a lace or straps securing a bib to a lower torso of a wearer. Alternatively or additionally, the bibs may be provided with flaps configured for cleaning a face, a torso, or hands of the wearer. A set of clothing includes a diaper/pants-type garment and a protective bib adapted for fastening to the garment.
