    Abstract: A power supply system includes: a first power circuit having a first battery and a first power line; a second power circuit having a second battery and a second power line; a voltage converter; a power converter; a first voltage acquisition unit which acquires a first closed circuit voltage lower limit CCVmin1 of the first battery; a second voltage acquisition unit which acquires a second closed circuit voltage lower limit CCVmin2 of the second battery; and a power control unit which operates the second power circuit based on a requested power, in which the power control unit isolates the second battery from the second power lines, in a case of a voltage difference between the first closed circuit voltage lower limit CCVmin1 and the second closed circuit voltage lower limit CCVmin2 becoming less than a first voltage threshold value A while output limitation of the second battery is being requested.

    Abstract: A power supply system includes power circuit which connects first and second batteries with a drive motor, and a management ECU which controls transfer of power between the batteries and the drive motor. The management ECU limits the output power of the second battery to no more than a second output upper limit, during combined output travel which drives the drive motor by way of the combined output of the first and second batteries. In addition, the management ECU sets the second output upper limit to a second maximum output of the second battery in the case of the first SOC of the first batter being greater than a remaining amount warning threshold, and sets the second output upper limit to a range extending upper limit which is smaller than the second maximum output, in the case of the first SOC being less than the remaining amount warning threshold.

The processor is configured to acquiring a state of a first battery and a state of a second battery, acquiring at least first actual output power of the first battery, calculating a first upper power limit value based on the state of the first battery, calculating a second upper power limit value based on the state of the second battery, and controlling a power conversion process of a power convertor based on the calculated upper power limit values, requested power from a vehicle to be output to a motor, and the first actual output power. The controlling of the power conversion process includes, when output instruction content for iteratively issuing an instruction is determined, calculating the second requested power obtained by correcting currently requested power based on a difference between previously requested power and the first actual output power.

The electric vehicle may further include a first junction relay capable of isolating the first high-voltage electric wire; and a second junction relay capable of isolating the second high-voltage electric wire. The first junction relay is disposed between the main battery and the charging system electronic device, and a first pre-charge relay which bypasses the first junction relay is disposed in parallel with the first junction relay, and the second junction relay is disposed between the charging system electronic device and the electrically powered system-based electronic device.
