Abstract: A method for creating a representation having iconographic elements to represent the attributes of a subject. The method includes defining the at least one iconographic element of the representation, defining the at least one attribute of the subject, associating the at least one attribute with the at least one attribute set, associating the at least one attribute set with the at least one iconographic element, and displaying the at least one iconographic element. Then it is determined whether one of the displayed iconographic elements is selected. If so then each attribute of the associated attribute set is displayed. Optionally, attributes can be defined as being either viewable or non-viewable. If an associated attribute is determined to be a non-viewable attribute then the associated attribute is not displayed. If it is determined to be a viewable attribute then it is displayed.
