Abstract: Seat furniture includes a frame which is adjustable such that the height and inclination of the seat supported by the frame can be easily and rapidly varied. The seat furniture includes a seat platform, which is supported by an adjustable frame, in which two pairs of legs are integrated, the height-adjustment devices of which have locking devices which are operated by operating elements located near the seat platform. When the front operating device is operated, the movable locking devices of the front pair of legs are released. The height of the front pair of legs can then be varied. The set of the corresponding rear elements functions in the same manner. Articulated hinges integrated in the frame permit each adjustment while the support area on the floor does not change.
