    Abstract: A lock cylinder has a stator rotatably mounted in a lock cylinder casing fixed with respect to the lock, is lockable to said casing and is operatively connectable to the driver on the rotor by means of tumbler pins between rotor and stator. The stator can be locked to the casing by an electromagnetic latch and for rotating the stator together with the rotor, use is made as a blocking catch of the tumbler pins arranged in a selected manner with respect to the shear line therebetween. The locking and unlocking between the locking cylinder casing and the stator is effective if the tumbler pins prevent the relative movement between the rotor and stator.

    Abstract: A lock cylinder with mechanical and electromagnetic locking mechanisms, comprising a lock cylinder stator having a mechanical locking mechanism, a bolt movably mounted in a groove in the stator, and a lock cylinder rotor rotatably coupled to the stator and engaged by the mechanical locking mechanism. An electrical control mechanism controls movement of the bolt. A retaining mechanism coupled to the rotor releasably engages the bolt to permit and prevent movement between the stator and the rotor depending on the position of the bolt.

The apparatus is characterized in that the locking means (20, 28) have an electromagnet part (20) with a two-part tie rod (401/402) with a return spring (45) acting on one tie rod part and a probe (28) connected to the other tie rod part (402).

    Abstract: A magnetic bolt has a movable and electromagnetically operable locking member which, in conjunction with a locking part arranged on the rotor of a lock cylinder, blocks or releases the rotor, independently of the mechanical tumblers depending on whether the locking member is located in a free-running slot or a locking notch of the locking part. The magnetic bolt is arranged in a recess in the lock cylinder stator and provides an electromagnetic locking operation by energizing a field coil.
