Abstract: A novel apparatus for storing weighted garments is disclosed wherein the weighted garment is slid down onto the inner support system of the weighted garment support system such that the weighted garment is supported and balanced above the ground. The apparatus includes an inner support system that supports the weighted garment from inside and below the weighted garment. The apparatus includes different inner support system designs to hold different types of weighted garments including: weighted vests, weighted shirts, weighted pants, wrist weights, ankle weights and wearable hand weights. The apparatus also includes a support base that can hold one or more inner support systems and the base can be stationary or mobile. An apparatus is also disclosed that supports the weighted garments from the side through a hole in the weighted garment.

Abstract: A novel system and method is disclosed for an adjustable wristband and identification system for achievement. Disclosed is a system which includes attachable/removable features such as band, badges, and stripes which can be attached or removed from a wristband to identify accomplishment, rank, or position along with a method of production and use. Additionally the use of multiple colored bands and identifiers is disclosed to identify different branches or levels used in combination with identifiers which are removed or attached to show position within the level to create a complete system for identification of achievement.

Abstract: A novel apparatus and method is disclosed for securing clothing or an object of weight against a body with one or more double locking securing wraps as well as overlapping double lock securing wraps. One lock is created between the edge of the object and the inside of the securing wrap while the other lock is created between the end of the wrap and the outside of the object or the outside of a securing wrap. Hook and loop fasteners are used to create the edge locks which prevent the object from sliding out from under the securing wrap. Weighted ankles, wrists, pants and vest system are also disclosed which incorporate the double locking system. The system allows for a wide range of size adjustability including the ability to add tension between the locks for additional security.

Abstract: A novel balance exercise apparatus and method of training is disclosed which includes a spanning system which spans between two positions in space and supports a suspended system which is suspended between the two positions in space. A user trains their balance skills and exercises by positioning all or part of their body on the suspended system and then moves their body to maintain their balance while remaining in place or doing exercises. The suspended system creates a dynamic balance environment where the suspended system may move such as swing, bend, rotate, or twist, all controlled by the balance and movement of the user. The suspended system may consist of rigid and/or flexible devices that are supported by the spanning system above the ground. In addition, the spanning system and the suspended system may include devices to vary the nature and difficulty of the dynamic balance environment.

Abstract: An exercise device and method for the lower body. The device includes a belt and weighted chaps system which hold one or more individual weight inserts. The device includes removable section: a thigh section connected to the belt section and the option of a calf section connected to the thigh section. The device includes pockets on the weighted chaps and belts to adjust the position of weight, and flexible solid weight inserts that are held between a non stretch support and a stretch pocket layer secured against the leg which and conform to the contours of the leg, the weights are preferably made of dense material suspended in a flexible matrix. The method includes positioning and storing weights, the connection to external resistance, and exercise to increase muscle strength, stamina, jump height, bone density, circulation, and to treat nervous system disorders.
