    Abstract: A service request agency method of surrogating a service request to a first server for providing a service corresponding to the service request, includes monitoring a state of the first server, transferring the service request to the first server after judging that the first server is not in a state of being able to properly provide a service, making a second server obtain the transferred service request, retaining the obtained service request on a storage module, and notifying the first server of the service request retained on the storage module when judging that the first server reverts to the state of being able to properly provide the service.
