Abstract: A system for intelligently processing queries for cloud-based network file stores includes a file store that stores groups of documents that are associated with files, a non-transitory storage medium that stores instructions, and a processor. The processor may execute the instructions to receive a ticket based on a communication associated with a query to the file store, pull data for the ticket, check a sender of the communication, identify a file using the data, and/or analyze the communication using an artificial intelligence engine to generate a recommendation. The processor may monitor changes to the recommendation made before being sent in order to update the artificial intelligence engine for the changes.

Abstract: A server-client architecture including a host server and a client device. The client device executes a client application that communicably couples to the host server. The host server is configured to receive an input including information related to a particular asset, such as a real property. The host server is configured to access one or more third party databases to enumerate encumbrances upon a seller's title to the particular asset and, in response, generate a grading of a property based on, without limitation, the (1) number and (2) type of encumbrances identified by the third party databases. The grading is thereafter transmitted to the client device for display to a user of the client device.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods and systems for use in database hosting and other systems, such as systems for real estate and other transactions with distributed clients. The methods and systems are directed to maintaining and updating core data to ensure all clients and users have correct data for the transactions. Core data is maintained and updated, in part, by use of append-only ledger systems that assigns a unique identifier to events (inputs) received from users. Such methods and system may be implemented by a cloud-based hosting service. The methods and systems may use an append-only ledger and support schema validation, subscriptions and event replay. The replay of events from the ledger may use a subscription and replay fanout tables.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods, devices, and systems for facilitating data transactions, such as real estate transactions. Some embodiments disclose methods for determining a legal address recognized for a real property based on a received mailing address for the real property. The methods can include accessing, such as from a client device, a legal address record or database. The method can acquire further information regarding the data or real estate transaction while concurrently accessing the legal address record. In the case that an unambiguous match between the mailing address and the legal address record is not found, the method can interactively use the client device to determine the recognized legal address based on ownership data. Some embodiments disclose electronic devices that can implement such methods.
