Abstract: An improved bearing assembly for automatic shaping equipment wherein the bearing assembly includes a split cellar having a rotatable upper portion and a stationary lower portion, the upper portion receives a template thereon and moves in response to movement of the template. Bearings are disposed between the upper and lower portions.

Abstract: In combination with automatic shaping equipment, a feed device for feeding material to the equipment is described wherein a feed member is mounted for engagement with means to feed a workpiece to the shaping equipment. A cam follower assembly for cooperating with the feed member is also provided, the cam follower assembly being movable in horizontal and vertical directions independent of the feed member.

Abstract: A feed guide attachment for a band saw blade including a plurality of movable links with at least two rotatable guide rollers attached to at least one of the links engageable with a template wherein the remaining links are interconnected to move in relation to the movement of the link having the rotatable guide rollers thereon and in turn moving the band saw blade in conformance with the contour of the template.

Abstract: An automatic shaping device of the type including a table with a power-driven shaping tool projecting therefrom and a power-driven workpiece carrying member slidably mounted thereto with template carrying means thereon, the template carrying means being adaptable for engagement with a pre-cutting assembly wherein workpieces being shaped according to a pattern defined by the template is pre-cut by the pre-cutting assembly prior to being shaped to a finished form by the shaping tool.

Abstract: A spindle lubricating device including a housing with at least one lubricating opening therein, a pair of bearings having movable members therein disposed within the housing juxtaposed to a pair of lubricating collars, the lubricating collars having openings therein in communication with the lubricating opening in the housing whereby lubrication of the bearings is accomplished by adding lubricant through the lubricating opening in the housing into the opening in the lubricating collar which is also in communication with the movable members of the bearings.
