Abstract: Systems and techniques are described for preventing data leaks from a network. A set of sensitive files or sensitive data that includes sensitive information can be received, and a first set of labels can be determined based on the set of sensitive files or sensitive data. An apparatus can then receive data that is to be checked for sensitive information, and determine a second set of labels based on the data. Next, the apparatus can match the second set of labels with the first set of labels. The apparatus can then determine whether or not the data includes sensitive information based on a result of said matching, and perform a data leak prevention action if it is determined that the data includes sensitive information.

Abstract: Systems and techniques are described for ensuring that policies are consistently applied to traffic across an overlay network. An application identifier associated with a forward traffic flow and a corresponding reverse traffic flow can be determined by a device that routes packets of both the forward traffic flow and the corresponding reverse traffic flow. Next, an overlay header can be added to each packet in the forward traffic flow and to each packet in the corresponding reverse traffic flow, wherein the overlay header comprises the application identifier, a policy identifier, and a policy action. Each device in the overlay network can then apply the policy action specified in the overlay header of each packet that it routes.

Abstract: A method is provided for performing array microcrystallizations to determine suitable crystallization conditions for a molecule. The method comprises forming an array of microcrystallizations, each microcrystallization comprising a drop containing a molecule to be crystallized, the drop having a volume of less than 1 &mgr;L; storing the array of microcrystallizations under conditions suitable for molecule crystals to form in the drops in the array; and detecting molecule crystal formation in the drops.

Abstract: A unitary, quick-release handle for use on dental, medical and similar lighting fixtures has a quick-release feature which permits the handle to be quickly and easily removed and then placed in an autoclave for purposes of sterilization.

Abstract: The sterilizing pressure chamber of an autoclave is provided with two valve controlled vent paths. At the end of the sterilizing cycle of the autoclave a first vent path channels the sterilizing steam from the chamber into a condensing coil having an end which opens into a liquid reservoir. When the pressure within the chamber drops to a predetermined level, a second vent path, having a flow rate which is greater than the first path, opens and provides a channel for the rapid escape of the remainder of the steam from the chamber.

Abstract: The continuous casting of scoops upon tapes for a sliding clasp fastener which includes two casting rollers with peripheral cavities and an extrusion nozzle with juxtaposed tapes introduced between the nozzle and a first one of the rollers. The arrangement is such that molten plastics is introduced by the nozzle firstly into the cavities of the first roller ahead of the nip between the rollers and subsequently into the cavities of the second roller adjacent the nip. To ensure adequate solidification of the scoops before removal from the second roller the tapes are drawn off from said second roller at an angular position thereof beyond the nip.

Abstract: A console unit, particularly for use by a dental assistant, adapted to carry powered handpiece instruments and to provide storage space and working space utilized during the treating of a patient, is characterized by a mobile construction for easy access thereto. A main cabinet portion is provided for containing support apparatus for the powered handpiece instruments and for providing storage space. An upper work surface portion is movably carried by the main cabinet portion and has an upper generally flat working surface area thereon. A powered handpiece instrument storage compartment is secured to and suspended from one side of the upper work surface portion for movement therewith and for removably carrying a plurality of powered handpiece instruments and attached operating flexible hose for easy removal and use.

Abstract: A strip for a stringer of a sliding fastener which is constituted by a row of successive discrete transverse strip elements which are interconnected at their opposite ends by two longitudinally extending cords, each element having an enlarged central portion and opposed leg portions with enlargements at their ends through which the cords pass and are embedded. The strip is bent to a U-shape and stitched to a mounting tape.
