  • Publication number: 20160346691
Abstract: A method for electronically scoring a golf event by participating members of a golf group is provided. The method includes providing a scoring database in communication with participant devices having a user interface, storing data related to a plurality of participants in a golf game, assigning each of the participants in a golf game to playing groups competing, designating one of the participants in each playing group as the group scorekeeper, generating a scorekeeper input page that includes a list of each participant assigned to the group scorekeeper's group, generating a golf game scoreboard including a real-time score of participants in the golf game, receiving participant individual hole scores from the participant device of the group scorekeeper, storing the received participant hole scores on the scoring database, and updating the scoreboard to display scores of the golf game based on received hole scores received from the group scorekeeper.

  • Publication number: 20060054457
Abstract: A coin processing system includes a coin input area for receiving coins from a user, and a coin processing module for receiving and counting the coins from the coin input area. The coin processing module includes a coin hopper, a coin processing area, and a foreign object removal system. The coin hopper receives the coins from the coin input area. The coin processing area receives and counts the coins from the coin hopper. The foreign object removal system is located at least partially within the coin hopper, and removes a foreign object from the coin hopper subsequent to receiving the foreign object from the coin input area.

  • Publication number: 20060054455
Abstract: An automated coin tray refilling system includes a plurality of coin reservoirs and a plurality of coin dispensers for regulating the dispensing of coins from an associated one of the plurality of coin reservoirs. A collector point distribution member is adapted to receive coins from each of the plurality of coin dispensers at one portion thereof and to output the coins at another portion thereof. An interface module having an input end is disposed substantially adjacent the collector point distribution member output and includes an output end for dispensing coins. A coin interface tray is adapted to receive at least one coin tray and at least one processor is provided. The interface module and/or coin interface tray includes a drive system configured to move interface module and/or coin interface tray relative to one another.

  • Patent number: 5285536
Abstract: A wave generating system for a wave pool utilizing a rotary valve to control the pneumatic flow to the wave generator. A rotary sleeve valve particularly adapted to high volumetric, relatively low pressure applications wherein a plurality of concentric sleeves rotatably located within a valve body provide for both porting adjustment and directional flow of the media. External control devices allow for adjustment of the porting and the timing of the directional flow by means of simple variable speed rotating devices such as an electric motor. The construction of the valve creates a very durable, strong unit which particularly avoids breakage and reliability problems associated in wave pool controls.
