    Abstract: A building component system including a rigid plastic or fiberglass (FRP) form made from one of various shapes, an example of one such shape having an arch in each of two perpendicular vertical planes and having a plurality of protrusions configured to engage concrete poured on top of the rigid plastic form. The plastic is recycled plastic from wind turbine blades or consumer products such as plastic bottles. The plastic can be fiber reinforced such as an FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic). The system also includes concrete poured on top of the form and cured to bind to the form at least at the plurality of protrusions, thereby forming an arched ceiling for a first story of a building and a flat roof or flat floor for a second story of a building. Bridge decking is another application, for use in infrastructure.

The method also includes positioning the photovoltaic cell on a textured base having a texture embodied thereon, where the first photovoltaic module ribbon is substantially contacting the texture. The method further includes coupling a second photovoltaic module ribbon to the plurality of second electrodes, and transferring the texture of the textured base to the first ribbon using heat energy released when the second photovoltaic module ribbon is coupled to the plurality of second electrodes.

    Abstract: A method is disclosed for making semiconductor films from a eutectic alloy comprising a metal and a semiconductor. Through heterogeneous nucleation said film is deposited at a deposition temperature on flexible substrates, such as glass. Specifically said film is vapor deposited at a fixed temperature in said deposition temperature where said deposition temperature is above a eutectic temperature of said eutectic alloy and below a temperature at which the substrate softens. Such films are nearly to entirely free of metal impurities and have widespread application in the manufacture and benefit of photovoltaic and display technologies.

The front electrode of the PV cell segment is aligned and coupled with the rear electrode of an adjacent PV cell segment of the plurality of PV cell segments to electrically couple the plurality of PV cell segments in series. The first connection cell includes a ribbon electrode and a first electrode electrically coupled to the ribbon electrode and a first PV cell segment. The ribbon electrode is coupled to a conductor adjacent to the first PV cell string to transfer a power output of the PV cell segments.
