Patent number: 11966311Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer program products are disclosed for managing operation of a distributed system that provides computer-implemented services. An example method includes collecting, via an out-of-band stream, sensor data from a plurality of temperature sensors positioned to infer temperatures of components of a distributed system. The example method further includes inferring, using the inferred temperatures, power consumption rates for performing respective actions with each of the components. The method further includes obtaining an action request and selecting, based on the inferred power consumption rates, a particular component of the components to perform an action to service the action request, the selection being made with a preference to reduce power consumption for performance of the action.Type: GrantFiled: March 23, 2022Date of Patent: April 23, 2024Assignee: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.Inventors: Mayuri Chaubey, Rameshchandra Bhaskar Ketharaju, Sitara Kumbale, Vinayak Sodar, Manak Suri, Ashutosh Verma, Naveen Yeri

Patent number: 11960386Abstract: A method and system for automated continuous validation for regulatory compliance of CS with dynamic component. On identification of learning in the CS, a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is performed using automated test cases of varying types in accordance with what-if scenarios and synthetic data generated using a unique approach. Thereafter, a base validation testing of the CS is performed with clean data (positive scenarios of outcome of the CS) and dirty data (negative scenarios) by conducting repeatability, stability (consistency) and reliability checks. The base validation testing is then followed by learning saturation testing on only if the dynamic component is validated, is rolled out in production environment else is rolled back to the earlier version.Type: GrantFiled: August 29, 2022Date of Patent: April 16, 2024Assignee: Tata Consultancy Services LimitedInventors: Ashish Omprakash Indani, Divya Vasudevan, Devraj Goulikar, Prita Venkateswaran, Ashutosh Pachisia, Prashant Chaturvedi, Rohit Kadam, Vimal Chaubey

Patent number: 11948387Abstract: Systems and methods for training an object detection network are described. Embodiments train an object detection network using a labeled training set, wherein each element of the labeled training set includes an image and ground truth labels for object instances in the image, predict annotation data for a candidate set of unlabeled data using the object detection network, select a sample image from the candidate set using a policy network, generate a labeled sample based on the selected sample image and the annotation data, wherein the labeled sample includes labels for a plurality of object instances in the sample image, and perform additional training on the object detection network based at least in part on the labeled sample.Type: GrantFiled: February 8, 2021Date of Patent: April 2, 2024Assignee: ADOBE INC.Inventors: Sumit Shekhar, Bhanu Prakash Reddy Guda, Ashutosh Chaubey, Ishan Jindal, Avneet Jain
