    Abstract: A reinforced building component for buildings and like structures having a reinforcement consisting of a number of juxtaposed wires bent in zigzag and an insulation preferably consisting of insulating material that is foamed at the reinforcement. The central parts of the bent wires are located within the building component while the crests of the wires extend outside the two sides of the slab so that clamps are formed as integral parts of the reinforcement wires at both sides of the slab.
