  • Publication number: 20220253148
Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods for contactless user interfacing can include applying a user interface display configured for presenting at least visual information to the user, a sensor system for capturing contactless user inputs, the sensor system being configured to detect penetration of an activation zone by the user's hands as an indication that the user intends to provide contactless user input to the user interface display, the sensor system being configured for direct tracking of a user's hand to directly sense the position of the user's hands in at least a portion of an area outside from the activation zone, and a control system arranged in communication with the sensor system to receive the user input signal and configured to determine a target interface element engaged by the user for contactless activation of the visual information, based on indication of direct tracking of the user's hands and indication of penetration of the activation zone of the user input signal.

  • Patent number: 10735285
Abstract: Embodiments provide systems and methods for identifying and mitigating outlier network activity. In embodiments, network activity by a plurality of users may be monitored and, based on the monitoring, a plurality of data sets may be compiled. Each of the plurality data sets may include information representative of activity by the plurality of users. A network model representative of at least a portion of the network activity may be constructed based on one or more of the plurality of data sets. The network model may be evaluated against a set of rules to produce outputs that include at least one of: a set of classifications, a set of link metrics, and a set of communities. Decision engine logic may be executed against the outputs to identify outlier network activity. In response to identifying outlier network activity, operations to mitigate the identified outlier network activity may be executed.

  • Patent number: 10346862
Abstract: A system implements a method of migrating users to target services including segmenting the users of the target services into macrosegments and micro segments within each macro segment. For each micro segment, rankings of the target services for the users in the micro segment are determined. The rankings are based on the combinations of the target services owned by the users in the micro segment product association, a sequence for acquiring the target services owned by the users in the micro segment, propensities to acquire the target services, and eligibility of the target services for the users in the micro segment. The target services are selected for migration based on the rankings.

  • Publication number: 20170330235
Abstract: A device may receive information that identifies a customer and that identifies a start date, a zero date, and an end date. The device may determine a historical customer value associated with the customer during a first time period from the start date to the zero date. The device may determine an existing products value projected to be generated by the customer during a second time period from the zero date to the end date. The device may determine a new products value projected to be generated by the customer during the second time period. The device may determine an aggregate customer value associated with the customer based on the historical customer value, the existing products value, and the new products value. The device may transmit, based on the aggregate customer value, a message that causes an action to be performed to benefit the customer.
