  • Publication number: 20150088327
Abstract: An energy-savings forecasting device includes a provisional savings calculating portion that calculates, based on a simulation model, provisional savings that is obtained when switching from a normal operation to an energy-saving operation, an adjustment factor calculating portion that calculates an adjustment factor by comparing the energy demands calculated by the simulation model and a data model when under normal operation, and a forecasted savings calculating portion that calculates the forecasted savings that is obtained when switching from normal operation to the energy-saving operation, through adjusting the provisional savings by the adjustment factor.

  • Patent number: 7092856
Abstract: A design device which designs a controller in accordance with H infinity (H ?) logic, in which formulae of generalized plants and formulae of control object models which are parts of the generalized plants are stored in a memory unit 3. In a parameter calculating unit including comprising a frequency response calculation unit 4 and a scaling matrix calculation unit 5, the frequency response calculation unit 4 calculates the frequency responses of the control object models, and the scaling matrix calculation unit 5 calculates a scaling matrix T in accordance with the frequency responses of the control object models so that the respective gains of the control object models are consistent. A controller calculation unit 6 calculates the parameters of a controller by applying the scaling matrix T to the generalized plants.

  • Patent number: 5918200
Abstract: In a state estimating apparatus, an input space quantization section quantizes an input space according to a required precision of output data. A storage section calculates and stores the number of times of occurrence of output data corresponding to each input event in the quantized input space, the mean values of the output data, and the change amounts of the output data. A neighborhood definition section calculates an input space neighborhood satisfying the required precision of the output. A similar case extraction section zooms up the predetermined neighborhood of the input space to the predetermined degree and extracts input case similar to the neighborhood from input case in the input space. A similarity determination section determines the similarity between the new input event and the extracted similar input cases on the basis of the degree of zooming.
