  • Patent number: 10096467
Abstract: In an LCD driver, in a high voltage resistant MISFET, end portions of a gate electrode run onto electric field relaxing insulation regions. Wires to become source wires or drain wires are formed on an interlayer insulation film of the first layer over the high voltage resistant MISFET. At this moment, when a distance from an interface between a semiconductor substrate and a gate insulation film to an upper portion of the gate electrode is defined as “a”, and a distance from the upper portion of the gate electrode to an upper portion of the interlayer insulation film on which the wires are formed is defined as “b”, a relation of a>b is established. In such a high voltage resistant MISFET structured in this manner, the wires are arranged so as not to be overlapped planarly with the gate electrode of the high voltage resistant MISFET.

  • Publication number: 20180072343
Abstract: A steering device includes: a variable actuator capable of changing an angle ratio between a steering angle of a steering wheel and a turning angle of a turning wheel; a steering auxiliary mechanism arranged between the variable actuator and the turning wheel to apply steering auxiliary force to a steering mechanism; a torque angle sensor to detect steering torque to be inputted into the steering mechanism. The steering auxiliary mechanism is driven such that the steering auxiliary force in accordance with the steering torque is generated, and, when an avoidance instruction is inputted, an automatic steering control is performed to drive-control the steering auxiliary mechanism so as to run at the turning angle specified by steering position instruction to be inputted. The angle ratio of the variable actuator is adjusted so as to suppress reaction force to be transmitted to the steering wheel by performing the automatic steering control.

  • Publication number: 20180058979
Abstract: A shape measuring method includes moving an object surface to a plurality of measurement positions along a set trajectory, irradiating a measuring beam sequentially onto a plurality of partial regions of the object surface, detecting a wavefront of reflected light from the plurality of partial regions, and acquiring a shape of the object surface based on the wavefront. Placement error is measured with respect to the trajectory of the object surface at each of at least two measurement positions, based on a detected wavefront of reflected light, and estimated with respect to the object surface trajectory at a position other than at the least two measurement positions, based on the actually measured placement errors. Placement error of the object surface is corrected based on the placement error with respect to the trajectory.

  • Patent number: 9857270
Abstract: A rotary stage is controlled to two measurement positions along a rotational direction in which an object surface is moved when detecting a wavefront of reflected light from partial regions by a detector, to move the object surface. Respective placement errors in a trajectory of the object surface at the two measurement positions are measured based on wavefronts detected by the detector in states in which the rotary stage is controlled to each of the two measurement positions. For the remaining measurement positions among the measurement positions, respective placement errors with respect to the trajectory of the object surface are estimated based on the placement errors measured. Before measurement of each item of partial shape data, the rotary stage is controlled to a measurement position and stages are controlled to a position that cancels a placement error at the measurement position to align the object surface.

  • Patent number: 9825314
Abstract: A cathode-side gas flow path of a cell that forms part of a fuel cell is formed by a first expanded metal arranged on a gas inlet side, and a second expanded metal arranged on a downstream side. The first expanded metal is such that mesh is arranged in a straight line, and gas that flows on a gas diffusion layer side is separated from gas that flows on a separator side. The gas flowrate on the gas inlet side is reduced, so the amount of produced water that is carried away is reduced. As a result, the gas inlet side is inhibited from becoming dry at high temperatures.

  • Patent number: 9587957
Abstract: A vehicle position display controller performs a branch determination processing of determining whether a vehicle has entered a branch road. In addition, in a case where a connecting road through which a currently traveled road is connected to a road extending in parallel with the currently traveled road lies ahead of a position of the vehicle, the vehicle position display controller performs a road shape conversion processing of subjecting the road extending in parallel to the branch determination processing on the assumption that the road extending in parallel is the branch road by making a correction of an angle between the currently traveled road and the connecting road. However, in a case where the vehicle travels at a speed equal to or greater than a predetermined speed, the vehicle position display controller does not perform the road shape conversion processing.
