  • Publication number: 20110011334
Abstract: There is provided a silica crucible for pulling a silicon single crystal, comprising silica glass and having a two-layer structure of an outer layer and an inner layer, wherein the inner layer, in a sectional side view of the crucible, has a wavy inner surface shape having mountain parts and valley parts at least between a start position and an end position for the pulling of a silicon single crystal in a silicon melt surface, and when a distance from an upper opening end of the crucible to the start position for the pulling of the silicon single crystal is 100, only a crucible portion from the upper opening end to a position within a range of 40 to 100 is crystalline.

  • Publication number: 20100262353
Abstract: There are provided: a pedal operation amount detection unit 12 that detects an operation amount s of the accelerator pedal 11; a speed ratio detection unit 14, 15 that detects a speed ratio e of an input shaft and an output shaft of the torque converter 2; a load pressure detection unit 16 that detects a load pressure P of the hydraulic pump 6; a speed stage detection unit 18 that detects a low speed stage of a transmission 3 capable of varying a speed stage between a low speed stage and a high speed stage; and a speed limiting unit 10 that limits a maximum speed of the engine 1 to a lower speed upon satisfaction of following speed limitation conditions: at least a pedal operation amount s is equal to or greater than a predetermined value s1, a speed ratio e is equal to or less than a predetermined value ea, a load pressure P is equal to or greater than a predetermined value Pa, and the low speed stage of the transmission has been detected.

  • Publication number: 20100228439
Abstract: A hydraulic steering unit 5 generates a control pressure corresponding to the rotational quantity and rotational direction of the steering wheel 109 on the basis of pressurized oil of a pilot pump 13. Signals of pressure sensors 6a and 6b used to detect the control pressure, and a signal of a front operation detection unit 31, are inputted into a controller 132. A controller 32 and solenoid valves 33a and 33b control a stroke of a steering valve 4 so that the stroke becomes larger with increase in control pressure detected by each of the pressure sensors 6a and 6b. In addition when the operation of a front work device is detected, the controller 32 and the solenoid valves 33a and 33b control the stroke of the steering valve 4 so that the stroke becomes larger than that provided when the operation of the front work device is not detected.

  • Publication number: 20100204008
Abstract: A first hydraulic circuit leads, as clutch control pressure, pressurized oil supplied from a first hydraulic pump, to a transmission control device after regulating the pressurized oil, and leads, as torque converter operation oil, pressured oil to a torque converter, and leads pressurized oil to an oil cooler. Through a second hydraulic circuit, pressurized oil from a second hydraulic pump is distributed to a circuit portion downstream of the pressure regulation valve and upstream of a safety valve and to a circuit portion downstream of the torque converter and upstream of the oil cooler. A flow control device changes a proportion of a rate of flow in the second hydraulic circuit so that a proportion of the rate of flow to the circuit portion downstream of the torque converter and upstream of the oil cooler increases as pressure at an entrance of the torque converter increases.

  • Publication number: 20050013804
Abstract: This invention provides a novel method of culturing mesenchymal stem cells whereby a remarkably larger number of mesenchymal stem cells can be obtained compared with the conventional culture methods. This culture method is characterized by adding to a medium a fibroblast growth factor (FGF) as a substance which stimulates the proliferation potency of the mesenchymal stem cells while retaining the pluripotency thereof and prolongs the life. According to the method, mesenchymal stem cells can be cultured at least over 30 generations and, moreover, about 105 to 106 times as much as cell count in the conventional culture methods can be obtained.
