    Abstract: An information processing device performs: acquiring input data including a current location and a residual electric power amount of an electrically driven mobile vehicle; calculating, on the basis of map information, a geographical feature quantity between the current location and a plurality of locations; calculating an estimative electric power consumptive amount of the electrically driven mobile vehicle from the current location to each of the locations by inputting the geographical feature quantity into a learned model obtained by machine learning of a relationship between: a geographical feature quantity between two locations; and an electric power consumption amount having been consumed to travel between the two locations; generating, on the basis of the estimative electric power consumptive amount for each of the locations and the residual electric power amount, travelable area information indicating a travelable area for the electrically driven mobile vehicle from the current location.

    Abstract: A path finder sets a plurality of nodes in a state of charge (SOC) zone that is between a target SOC, which is set when a secondary battery provided in an electric moving body is charged, and a present SOC, and sets a plurality of nodes in a chargeable time period that is between a charging start time and a charging end time. A cost assigner refers to at least one of storage degradation characteristics, charge cycle degradation characteristics, or a time-of-use electricity fee table to assign a cost of a degradation amount or an electricity fee to each path between nodes. The path finder finds the charging path that minimizes a total cost of the paths between the nodes. A charging plan creator creates a charging plan based on the charging path found.
