    Abstract: The present application is directed to a multi-sensor gas sampling detection system and method for detecting and measuring the radicals in a radical gas stream and includes at least one radical gas generator in communication with at least one gas source. The radical gas generator may be configured to generate at least one radical gas stream which may be used within a processing chamber. As such, the processing chamber is in fluid communication with the radical gas generator. At least one analysis circuit in fluid communication with the radical gas generator may be used in the detection and measurement system. The analysis may be configured to receive a defined volume and/or flow rate of the radical gas stream. In one embodiment, the analysis circuit may be configured to react at least one reagent with radicals within the defined volume of the radical gas stream thereby forming at least one chemical species within at least one compound stream.

A condition associated with the plasma confining volume is determined if the sensed parameter differs from the first voltage threshold, and a corrective action can be taken.

    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to adjusting a shear pin to minimize an impact force felt by an object in a collision with a vehicle. For example, one or more second computing devices may receive, from one or more first computing devices, information indicating that an impact with an object is imminent. In response to the received information, the second computing devices may determine a first shear force for a first shear pin, wherein the first shear force is a desired amount of shear force necessary to break the first shear pin. The second computing devices may send a triggering signal to activate an actuator prior to an impact with the identified impact target. The actuator, in response to receiving the triggering signal, may adjust the first shear pin in a first pinhole, so the first shear pin will break at the first shear force.

A cryptographic operation is performed on at least a portion of the clear-text payload data of the received segment, according to a cryptographic protocol, and a PDU is embedded according to the cryptographic protocol into the payload portion of the received segment. Header data, in a header portion of the received segment, is to account for a change to the received segment resulting from the cryptographic operation performance. The received segment, having the embedded PDU according to the cryptographic protocol and the adjusted header data, is transmitted to a peer via the network.

    Abstract: A single centralized metadata repository for an entire enterprise can maintain the metadata pertaining to various different web service applications on application servers of heterogeneous types within the enterprise. The metadata items stored in the centralized repository all can be stored in a same canonical format that can be expected and understood by all metadata accessors. The metadata maintained within the central repository can be given a life span that is linked with the life span of the web service application to which that metadata pertains. When a web service application is deployed on an application server, metadata pertaining to that webservice can be pushed automatically to the central repository for storage. When such a web service application is undeployed from an application server, the metadata pertaining to that webservice can be removed automatically from the central repository so as not to waste storage space.
