Abstract: Provided herein are compositions including medium chain triglycerides (MCT), methods for the preparation therefore, and methods for the use thereof. Compositions may include, for example, MCT, green coffee bean extract, and Irvingia extract. Compositions described herein may be for use in, for example, weight management in a subject in need thereof. Compositions may, in certain examples, be provided as a powder mix, which may be for use as a creamer or additive for mixing with variety of beverages and/or foods.

In at least one embodiment, the dietary composition comprises a therapeutically effective amount of an admixture including a caffeine ingredient and a vasodilator ingredient. The method includes a step of receiving from the consumer a customized health beverage preference based on the consumer's selection of health and flavor components from the health and flavor component lists. The consumer is provided the selected flavor and health components selected.
