  • Publication number: 20230364538
Abstract: A filter device provides designs that permit variable levels of solid particle removal. The filter device retains the particles in the filter medium when removed, thus avoiding the re-entry of the particles when the power system has cooled down which occurs in conventional filters currently in use. The filter device incorporates elements made from stainless steel for (a) durability and high mechanical strength to endure high continuous flow pressures; (b) ductility so as to be pleated and shaped into a cylinder; (c) corrosion and high temperature resistance; (d) particulate removal in the range of 4-20 microns depending on the desired performance characteristics; (e) high percentage of contaminant removal; and (f) recyclability and reusability.

  • Publication number: 20210394092
Abstract: A filter device provides for designs that permit variable levels of solid particle and water molecule removal. The filter device retains the particles and the water molecules in the filter medium when removed, thus avoiding the re-entry of the particles and water molecules when the power system has cooled down as is now likely in conventional filters currently in use. Further, the filter device traps the water molecules already present in the fluid being filtered (i.e., “native water”), as well as any moisture resulting from condensation that may be introduced into the lubrication system whenever it is opened.

  • Patent number: 5894551
Abstract: A computer system is provided that allows a user to switch between at least two networks having different levels of security without transferring data between the two networks. The computer system comprises a standard computer which includes a central processing unit (CPU) coupled to a random access memory (RAM), a power supply and a reset switch. The computer is coupled to each of two different network cards, each of which is in turn connected to a separate storage device, such as a hard drive. Each combination of a network card connected to a storage device constitutes a network. As in a standard computer, activating the reset switch reboots the CPU and clears the RAM. A user chooses between the two networks by using a rotary switch, a rocker switch, or a push button switch which activates one of the networks or the reset switch.
