Abstract: Methods and systems are described herein for improvements for reducing client-server network traffic. For example, methods and systems allow for the reduction of client-server network traffic by altering search filters based on their respective rank and/or frequencies of being searched with other search filters included in a search query. In this way, users do not have to resubmit queries that are illogical or would return a null set of search results. For example, a first query may be received. A first search may be performed based on the first query. A first search filter may be selected based on a hierarchical tree structure of search filters. A second query may be generated comprising the first search filter and one or more other search filters, wherein the second query comprises fewer search filters than the first query, and a second search may be performed based on the second query.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for requesting in-person assistance with a purchase during a mobile device digital interaction (e.g., augmented reality) with a physical object of interest. Display of a real-time view includes the physical object image as well as interfaces for interacting with the image of the physical object. The interfaces include requesting in-person purchase assistance based on a mobile device location proximate to the physical object of interest.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods for creating and updating vehicle listings using crowdsourced images. An exemplary embodiment of the disclosed systems and methods includes at least one processor and at least one non-transitory computer-readable medium containing instructions. The instructions, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the system to perform operations. The operations include communicating with a listing system to create a listing for a vehicle and receiving, from an identification application executing on a mobile device distinct from the listing system, an identifier for the vehicle and an image of the vehicle. The operations further include identifying the listing using the received identifier, determining one or more parameters associated with an image quality for the received image, and updating the listing for the vehicle to include the received image based on the determined one or more parameters for the received image.

Abstract: Aspects described herein may allow an automated generation of an interactive multimedia content with annotations showing vehicle damage. In one method, a server may receive vehicle-specific identifying information of a vehicle. Image sensors may capture multimedia content showing aspects associated with exterior regions of the vehicle, and may send the multimedia content to the server. For each of the exterior regions of the vehicle, the server may determine, using a trained classification model, instances of damage. Furthermore, the server may generate an interactive multimedia content that shows images with annotations indicating instances of damage. The interactive multimedia content may be displayed via a user interface.

Abstract: Aspects described herein may provide an interface and/or search functionality for a dealership to determine vehicles a customer is most likely to purchase. A recommender system may generate vehicle recommendations for a dealership to sell to a customer based on customer information, vehicle information, and dealership information. Machine learning may be used to generate the recommendations. The recommendations may be based on the vehicle preferences of a customer.

Abstract: According to certain aspects of the disclosure, a computer-implemented method may be used for regulating vehicle stock. The method may include receiving one or more queries indicative of one or more characteristics of a vehicle for purchase by a user and determining based on the one or more queries indicative of the one or more characteristics of the vehicle, at least one vehicle available for purchase at a location of a merchant. The method may also include determining a quantity of the at least one vehicle purchased and assigning a value to the at least one vehicle based on the quantity of the at least one vehicle purchased and a quantity of received queries about the vehicle. The method may also include transmitting the value to the user, with a recommendation regarding the at least one vehicle available for purchase based on the value.

A machine learning model may be trained to select one or more of the first plurality of users. Purchase intention data that indicates an intention of a first user to acquire a type of asset may be received. Social networking data that comprises a plurality of associations between a second plurality of users may be received. Purchase history data indicating one or more purchases, of one or more assets associated with the type of asset, made by the second plurality of users may be received. The trained machine learning model may be provided the data. In return, the trained machine learning model may provide an indication of a second user. A notification may be sent to the second user.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to techniques to facilitate online commerce by leveraging user activity, specifically search activity for goods/services on an online platform. As described herein, the online platform refers to a turnkey e-commerce solution that enterprises use to manage electronic transactions involving their goods/services. Some techniques are directed to an improved online platform operative to predict a user's intention behind a search query and after a consider number of search queries, to have that search query as a dynamic search filter for the online platform. For example, a customer may capture an image of a vehicle, or a marker associated with a vehicle, in a parking lot. The image may be processed locally or at a server. A vehicle may be identified based on analysis of the image. Further, information regarding the user may be processed to determine another vehicle appropriate for a recommendation. For example, a prompt on a mobile device may suggest a popular model similar to the vehicle being viewed. The system may then provide directions (e.g., augmented reality directions) to the user to direct the user to the vehicle.

Abstract: A device may receive images of an object and information identifying the object, process the images using an artificial intelligence technique to identify parts of the object that are depicted in the images, and receive information identifying a location of damage on the object and information regarding the damage on the object. The device may process the information identifying the location of damage to identify a damaged part of the object, identify images depicting the damaged part, and identify, in the images, a location of the damaged part. The device may generate a first content item for display at the location of the damaged part in the images and generate a second content item for display with the images based on user interaction with the first content item, where the second content item includes information based on the information regarding the damage on the object.
