Abstract: A modular supporting structure for advertising billboards and/or displays in outdoor locations assembled from a plurality of prefabricated hollow blocks arranged in stacked tiers, preferably from used cargo ship containers. The structure is sufficiently high for a billboard to be viewed from a large distance, and is capable of staying in place by virtue of its own weight, by ballasting, or by means of simple anchoring elements.
