Abstract: A device for removing of profiles cut out from mattresses of cellular material including at least one conveyor, onto which a mattress of cellular material is laid. The mattress is led towards a turn around device for bending the mattress. At the turn around device at least an adjustable gap for a brush, at least an adjustable back pressure member and at least an adjustable brush are provided. The member bends the mattress into the gap and the brush removes the cut out profiles from the bend in the mattress.

Abstract: The invention relates to device (1) for removing of profiles cut out from mattresses of cellular material (2) comprising at least one conveyor, onto which at least one mattress of cellular material (2) is laid leading the mattress of cellular material 2 towards a turn around device (10) for bending of the mattress of cellular material (2) at the turn around device (10) around preferably 180°. Abstract: A stacking device for loads, especially for taking flat lying mattresses from one level and delivering them to a different level. The device has a vertically movable lifting platform between spaced pillars, and a mechanism for moving the lifting platform. Weights are provided at the pillars to pull the lifting platform upwards therealong. At least one transfer belt is provided at the lifting platform between the two pillars and is connected to a driver pulling the lifting platform via the transfer belt vertically downwards.

Abstract: An apparatus for packaging mattresses and including a furling drum having a roll-forming chamber defined by a plurality of circumferentially arranged rotatable rollers located downstream of a substantially nozzle-shaped feeding area of the drum, with the rollers having a surface pattern defined by a plurality of circumferentially spaced from each other mattress-engaging elements providing for rolling of a mattress into a roll and enabling movement of the mattress in an axial direction; and a forming tube provided downstream of the furling drum for wrapping the rolled mattress, with the forming tube having a diameter greater than a diameter of the furling drum.
