The notebook includes integrated guidance and information sheets that describe using different note-taking methods. The notebook may include supplemental pages that teach and reinforce note-taking methods and approaches, as well as a variety of other pages designed to provide a functional notebook. One or more of the pages, including the supplemental pages, can be removed by tearing along a perforated edge.
