Abstract: Various systems and methods for managing legal mandates are provided. In one example, a management system comprises at least one processor and memory in communication with the at least one processor, the memory storing instructions executable by the at least one processor to receive a legal mandate, in response to receiving the legal mandate, generate a review board comprising a list of one or more individual reviewers, send the legal mandate to the review board, and receive one or more comments from the one or more individual reviewers with respect to the legal mandate. The legal mandate may be a legal hold, and the instructions may be further executable to issue the legal mandate to one or more custodian representatives implicated by the legal mandate after receiving the one or more comments.
