  • Patent number: 11136194
Abstract: A conveyor roller includes a roller tube, a motor assembly comprising a motor and a motor shaft and a drive assembly engaged with the motor assembly and the roller tube. The drive assembly includes a drive member, a connector, and a sleeve. The drive member includes at least one first slot that axially extends from a front face of the drive member towards a rear face. The connector includes an axial opening and at least one first projection extending radially outwardly. A sleeve disposed at least partially between the connector and the drive member. The sleeve is configured to engage the at least one first slot of the drive member and the at least one first projection of the connector. A portion of the sleeve extends radially outwardly of the drive member, such that the portion of the sleeve is configured to engage an inner surface of the roller tube.

  • Patent number: 10236137
Abstract: A multi-pole switch assembly includes a housing, a plurality of switches, and an actuator. The switches are disposed within the housing, and each switch is coupled to receive an actuation force and is configured, upon receipt of the actuation force, to move between a first position and a second position. The actuator is disposed at least partially within the housing and is configured to at least substantially simultaneously engage, and thereby supply the actuation force to, each switch to thereby move all of the switches, with substantial simultaneity, to either the first or the second position. The actuator is rotatable to a plurality of set rotational positions to thereby vary the substantial simultaneity.

  • Publication number: 20130093545
Abstract: A quadrupole magnetic coded switch includes a switch housing, an actuator housing, a first pair of actuator dipole magnets, a first pair of switch dipole magnets, and a pair of first magneto-resistance (MR) sensors. The actuator housing is movable relative to the switch housing. The first pair of actuator dipole magnets is coupled to the actuator housing and is movable therewith, and the first pair of switch dipole magnets is coupled to the switch housing. The first pair of actuator dipole magnets and the first pair of switch dipole magnets are arranged to generate a first quadrupole magnetic field. Each of the first MR sensors is disposed within the switch housing and is configured to vary in resistance in response to relative movement of the actuator housing and the switch housing.

  • Publication number: 20120293296
Abstract: A thermostat includes a temperature sensitive element that is responsive to temperature variations to selectively move between at least a first position and a second position. The transfer pin is movable with the temperature sensitive element and is configured, upon movement of the temperature sensitive element from the first position to the second position, to supply a force to a switch that moves the switch from a first switch position to a second switch position. A spring is coupled to the switch and is configured to selectively supply at least a first retainer force to the switch that, when the switch is in the second switch position, retains the switch in the second switch position when the temperature sensitive element moves from the second position back to the first position.
