    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a multi-organ model, and the multi-organ model of the present disclosure is excellent in culturing each organoid due to linkage between organoids and properties of hydrogel and can more accurately reflect the interactions between organs and the microenvironment in vivo. Also, the multi-organ model is further subjected to free fatty acid treatment and thus can more accurately mimic the phenotypes of non-alcoholic fatty liver. Accordingly, it is possible to analyze the effects of candidate drugs on peripheral organs.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a non-alcoholic fatty liver artificial tissue model. As compared to a conventional technology by which tissues are cultured only in Matrigel including a device composed of a decellularized liver tissue-derived extracellular matrix and a plurality of microchannels or a decellularized liver tissue-derived extracellular matrix, the present disclosure enables better mimicking of an actual non-alcoholic fatty liver disease due to the presence of Kupffer cells and hepatic stellate cells. Also, according to the present disclosure, the growth of liver organoids can be improved and fat accumulation and inflammation in the liver organoids can be caused to occur well through free fatty acid treatment, and the phenotypes of non-alcoholic fatty liver can be better expressed.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a microfluidic hanging drop culture device for culturing cell aggregates, and organoids/spheroids cultured in the device of the present invention have greater stem cell activity and higher differentiation than organoids/spheroids of a conventional culture technology. The present invention can be reused repeatedly, and can be utilized as platforms according to various uses by changing the size and number of wells, and by using a rocker in the device, a culture solution located in wells in a reservoir and a culture chamber is allowed to continuously flow through microchannels so that the environment of all of the wells is maintained to be the same, and thus cell aggregates can be cultured with high efficiency.
