    Abstract: The present invention relates to DEK protein compositions (e.g., antibodies, small molecule inhibitors, siRNAs) and methods of using the same. In particular, the present invention provides compositions and methods for treating autoimmune disease (e.g., juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, etc.) and for inhibiting inflammation (e.g., associated with autoimmune disease) and cellular chemotaxis (e.g., of neutrophils, NK cells and T cells).
