    Abstract: The present invention provides a fluid storage and dispensing system for an organic soil amendment concentrate or fertilizer, comprises a storage tank, which comprises a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, wherein the storage tank is refrigerated, a first flow meter connecting the fluid outlet of the storage tank on one end and a product tank on the other end, a second flow meter connecting to a water supply line on one end, an eductor connecting to the second flow meter on one end and the product tank on the other end, wherein the a concentrate stored in the storage tank is metered in via the first flow meter and mixed in the product tank with water metered via the second flow meter. As one aspect of the invention, the storage tank comprises interconnected holding tanks that are re-circulated. At least one water tank may be included between the water supply and the second flow meter.

    Abstract: An organic soil amendment comprises a live aerobic culture of beneficial microorganisms, comprising beneficial bacteria and fungi, and additives and plant extracts. The present invention also provides a method for producing an organic soil amendment by extracting beneficial microorganism at least in part from a compost comprising green and brown plant waste, and is free of manure. The extracted beneficial microorganism is amplified, while additional beneficial microorganism maybe added. Plant extracts and other additives are added to the live beneficial microorganism culture. The present invention further provides a method for storing and transporting the organic soil amendment at a reduced temperature, such as refrigeration, freezing, or lyophilizing. In addition, the present invention provides a method for maintaining the viability of the organic soil amendment in a ready to use form.

    Abstract: An online lawn care service quoting method and system are disclosed. The method and system are initiated by an estimate inquiry from a customer, preferably via the Web. Data from a lawn care service administration database is retrieved. The data includes customer demographic information and GPS satellite imaging photographs of various lot size dimensions. The lot size information and customer demographic information are combined to provide at least one quote for the customer estimate inquiry. The data in the database is upgraded and amended as needed by any change in industry standards and customer change requests. At least one quote is displayed to the customer online in response to the estimate inquiry.
