Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to performing enhanced deposit item processing using cognitive automation tools. In some embodiments, a computing platform may receive, from a deposit item input support server, image data associated with a deposit item. Subsequently, the computing platform may apply a machine learning classification model to the image data associated with the deposit item. In doing so, the computing platform may produce one or more predicted values for one or more fields of the deposit item and one or more confidence scores for the one or more predicted values. Based on these predicted values and confidence scores, the computing platform may generate and send one or more commands directing the deposit item input support server to accept or reject the deposit item, which in turn may cause the deposit item input support server to accept or reject the deposit item.

Abstract: A method, apparatus and computer program product for providing removal of replicated objects based on garbage collection is presented. Data objects are replicated from a primary source to a backup device. A notification is received from a garbage collection process for at least one data object replicated from the primary source to the backup device, the notification indicating that the data object should be deleted. The data object having the notification is deleted from the backup destination.

Abstract: A new and improved trailer coupler for connecting a trailer to a ball hitch mounted on a towing vehicle comprising a housing having a recessed socket, a retractable latching plate, a locking mechanism, an access port, a visual indicator, an alarm system for indicating coupling and decoupling, and a mechanical means to assist an operator to remotely attach and remove safety chains generally used in conjunction with trailers without need for the operator to climb into the truck bed.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a mixed ionic electronic conductor membrane comprising a dense layer sandwiched between two porous layers. Furthermore the invention discloses the application of this membrane to the use of partial oxidation of hydrocarbons. One porous layer, which is in contact with air, promotes the generation of oxygen ions. The oxygen ions diffuse through the dense layer to the second porous layer which is in contact with a hydrocarbon and result in partial oxidation of the hydrocarbon.
