  • Publication number: 20240122114
Abstract: A system and method for automatically adjusting one or more parameters of a header of an agricultural harvester for gathering a crop and feeding the crop into a feeder housing includes receiving, from one or more sensors, a signal indicative of a position of a conveyor idler of a conveyor of the feeder housing over time. The system and method also includes providing one or more control signals to adjust the one or more parameters of the header based on variation of the position of the conveyor idler over time.

  • Patent number: 11325064
Abstract: Device to dry a damp compressed gas, whereby the device (2) is provided with a dryer that is provided with a liquid desiccant and configured to bring compressed gas in contact with the aforementioned desiccant that is capable of absorbing moisture from the compressed gas, characterised in that the dryer is a membrane dryer (11); the device (2) to dry compressed gas contains a circuit (20) in which the aforementioned liquid desiccant is placed and means to allow the circulation of the desiccant in the circuit (20), consecutively through the membrane dryer (11) with a membrane (13) that forms a partition between the compressed, gas on one side and the liquid desiccant on the other side of the membrane (13), whereby the membrane (13) is impermeable or virtually impermeable to the gas in the compressed gas but selectively permeable to the moisture in the compressed gas; a heat exchanger (29} to heat up the liquid desiccant; a regenerator (22) used to remove at least partially the moisture absorbed in the liquid d

  • Patent number: 9532560
Abstract: An exterminator for insects, for example mosquitoes, including: a) a container open on an upper side and filled with a water-containing fluid, including an inner wall with a smooth surface descending steeply towards the fluid, b) a cover at a distance above the open upper side of the container, and c) a float in the container, under the cover, and which can move up and down with the fluid level. The float includes a float body which extends above the surface of the fluid and which includes a structure which remains dry in a form of a gauze, net, cloth, screen, grid or fabric, on to which an electrostatic coating layer in a form of a platinum complex-containing silicone composition is provided.

  • Patent number: 9476621
Abstract: A device for cool drying a gas in the direction of flow of the coolant includes a closed cooling circuit with successively a compressor, a condenser and an expansion device and an evaporator that is the primary part of a heat exchanger and that has a secondary part through which the gas to be dried is guided. A bypass pipe in the cooling circuit can be closed by a bypass valve with a valve element and a pressure-sensitive element acting on it that is exposed to a local control pressure in the cooling circuit. A control pressure pipe connects the pressure sensitive element to the closed cooling circuit upstream of the outlet of the evaporator.
