  • Patent number: 11967065
Abstract: A tissue analysis system may include an ultrasound device to stimulate tissue with ultrasound waves causing the tissue to vibrate and produce a vibration signature, a vibration detector configured to detect the vibration signature, and a signal analysis processor. The signal analysis processor may be configured according to computer-executable instructions for accessing a signature library storing a plurality of vibration signatures each linked to one of a plurality of known tissues having a known identity, comparing the vibration signature of the tissue with the stored vibration signatures of the signature library, determining if a match between the vibration signature of the tissue and a stored vibration signature of the signature library is present and, if the match is present, determining an identity of the tissue based on the known identity of the known tissue having the matching stored vibration signature.

  • Patent number: 10705057
Abstract: A precious material analyzer may determine one or more characteristics of an unidentified precious material. A vibration injector may cause the unidentified precious material to vibrate with a vibration signature that is dependent on the one or more characteristics of the unidentified precious material. A vibration detector may detect and extract a vibration signature from the vibration of the unidentified precious material caused by the vibration injector. A vibration signature comparator may: compare the detected vibration signature of the unidentified precious material with vibration signatures of multiple identified precious materials having one or more identified characteristics; and flag one or more of the identified precious materials that have vibration signatures that are similar to the vibration signature of the unidentified precious material.

  • Patent number: 10466210
Abstract: A pottery shard analyzer may determine one or more characteristics of an unidentified pottery shard. A vibration injector may cause the unidentified pottery shard to vibrate with a vibration signature that is dependent on the one or more characteristics of the unidentified pottery shard. A vibration detector may detect and extract a vibration signature from the vibration of the unidentified pottery shard caused by the vibration injector. A vibration signature comparator may: compare the detected vibration signature of the unidentified pottery shard with vibration signatures of multiple identified pottery shards having one or more known characteristics; and flag one or more of the identified pottery shards that have vibration signatures that are similar to the vibration signature of the unidentified pottery shard.
