Abstract: Provided herein are methods of identifying an agent that activates a protease-activated receptor 2 (PAR2)intracellularly. Also provided are isolated mutant PAR2 polypeptides, isolated polynucleotides encoding the mutant PAR2 polypeptides, vectors comprising the isolated polynucleotides, and host cells comprising the vectors.

A generation module is configured to generate a synchronization block for the set of values that includes a value selected from a byte size of the associated value and may be a flag representing a predetermined value. An output module is configured to output the synchronization block and the set of values to a binary data output stream for output in a device dependent byte order according to the respective byte sizes of the values in the set of values.

The system determines whether an item from a search query on an online marketplace corresponds to a catalog item. The catalog item corresponds to an item sold at substantially the same price among different sellers of the online marketplace. A display of a menu of different shipping times and corresponding total costs is generated for the catalog item.

Abstract: A writing system includes a pen with a two-dimensional optical sensor and a three dimensional acceleration sensor positioned to indicate movement of the pen. A calibrator is coupled to receive path coordinate signals from the two-dimensional optical sensor and the three dimensional acceleration sensor. The calibrator and the two-dimensional optical sensor and the three dimensional acceleration sensor are configured to operate in one of two modes, a contactable mode of operation wherein both the two-dimensional optical sensor and the three dimensional acceleration sensor supply path coordinate signals to the coordinator and a contactless mode of operation wherein only the three dimensional acceleration sensor supplies path coordinate signals to the coordinator.
