The monitoring module is configured to identify a difference between measured position information for a controller and expected position information for the controller. The monitoring module is configured to compare the difference with thresholds for managing an autopilot in a control system of a vehicle to form a comparison. The monitoring module is configured to manage an operation of the autopilot based on the comparison such that the autopilot remains operating when a backdrive system is inoperative and an intentional override of the autopilot is absent.

Prices displayed in dynamic price column are continuously, dynamically and automatically updated as a current market price changes. The trading interface includes a plurality of order entry modes to slow a display speed of the dynamic price column to a speed slower than a default display speed for the dynamical price column so an electronic trading order can be entered without missing a desired trade.

Abstract: A method and system for electronic options trading on a graphical user interface. One or more sets of electronic option trading information are automatically displayed in a graphical in a dynamic option information column in a market depth format. The information displayed in the dynamic option information column is dynamically selectable and changeable based on electronic option trading preferences. The dynamic option information column is automatically and dynamically re-centered upon a current selected graphical option information entity displayed in the dynamic option information column that continuously and dynamically changes with changes in the dynamic option information displayed. Risk management and assessment for electronic options trading is also provided.

Abstract: A method and system for automatic execution of risk-controlled synthetic trading entities. Risk parameters are generated for two or more real trading entities that comprise a synthetic trading entity. Risk assessments are generated for the resulting synthetic trading entity from the risk parameters. Current and historical trading information is used to generate the risk parameters and risk assessments. Market prices for the real trading entities to keep the automatic risk-controlled synthetic trading entity at a desired synthetic market price level whenever selected risk assessments exceed one or more pre-determined risk thresholds.

The method and system allow spreads to be automatically inputted, executed, monitored and managed via plural different risk controls on one or more trading exchanges. The method and system provide automatic readjustment of desired market limit prices using one or more pre-determined spread trading risk factors and market depth information to maintain a desired price differential and a desired risk level for the automatic risk-controlled spread.

Abstract: A method and system for providing a graphical user interface (GUI) for electronic trading with display of an estimated execution position in a current market depth display list of electronic trades. The method and system via the GUI allow a current market depth position in a list of electronic trades (e.g., an electronic traders “open-book” of trades) to be dynamically displayed, reset and graphically re-displayed at a position in a market depth view of a desired electronic trading market when an electronic trade is placed or amended based on current market execution of trade orders.

Abstract: A method and system for a simplified graphical user interface (GUI) and integrated trading system for electronic trading is provided. The simplified GUI and integrated trading system include a simplified GUI that can be used via web-browser on the Internet and allows traders to execute electronic trades via a simplified interface. The simplified GUI and integrated trading system also provide trading account balances and other electronic trading information for any electronic trades executed via the simplified GUI and any other GUIs being used for electronic trading on one more electronic trading exchanges.

Abstract: A fault tolerant electronic trading system and method. The fault tolerant electronic trading system and method includes N-level redundancy that allows multiple components within the system to fail without forcing users off the system or causing the trading system to fail. Fault tolerance with risk management controls is also provided.
