    Abstract: In an embodiment, a hybrid or electric truck includes a chassis including first and second rails and a plurality of cross members extending between the first and second rails, a component including first and second portions, and a support structure including first, second, and third support structures. The component extends substantially across a width of the truck. The first support structure is configured to support the first portion and attach to the first rail. The second support structure is configured to support the second portion and attach to the second rail. The third support structure is attached to a cross member of the plurality of cross members and at least one of the first or second portions.
