  • Publication number: 20240123391
Abstract: Tungsten precursors with high purity and methods for purifying tungsten precursors are provided. The method for purifying a precursor may comprise at least one of the following steps: obtaining a source vessel containing WCl4, WOCl4, and one of WCl5 or WCl6; separating the WCl5 or the WCl6 from at least a first portion of the WOCl4; separating the WCl5 or the WCl6 from at least a second portion of the WOCl4; recovering a precursor in a collection vessel; or any combination thereof.

  • Publication number: 20240116774
Abstract: A precursor comprises a tungsten precursor and a carbon-containing material. The precursor comprises less than 0.02% by weight of the carbon-containing material based on a total weight of the precursor. A method for purifying a tungsten precursor may comprise at least one of the following steps: obtaining a source vessel containing a tungsten precursor and a carbon-containing material; separating the tungsten precursor from at least a first portion of the carbon-containing material; recovering a precursor in a collection vessel; or any combination thereof.

  • Patent number: 11823409
Abstract: A system and method is disclosed for solar tracking and controlling an angular position of a photovoltaic power system. The solar tracking system includes an imaging device for capturing images of the sky; a solar position data generating module; and a control system comprising a neural network. The neural network has multiple convolutional layers to generate a first output associated with the images, and a solar position data module. A first dense layer module receives the solar position data and generates a second output. A second dense layer module receives the first output and the second output and generates a concatenated data sequence. A processor is programmed to generate a multi-planar irradiance signal (MPIS) in response to the concatenated data sequence, and determine an angular position of the PV power system and adjust the angular position in response to an angle of maximum irradiance.

  • Publication number: 20110314396
Abstract: Personal portal pages for individual users are integrated with web content syndication. For example, when a search query is received from the user, a list of hits is generated. For each hit, it is determined whether there is an associated syndication feed, such as an RSS feed. The list of hits is displayed for the user, and a syndication option is included for each hit that has an associated syndication feed. The user can select the syndication option and thereby subscribe their personal portal page to that syndication feed. In some embodiments, the user may also be able to select syndication feeds for subscription via an alternative interface.

  • Publication number: 20080294663
Abstract: In embodiments of the present invention improved capabilities are described for the management and creation of timelines. The timelines may be automatically created based on a user query for information. The query may access a database that contains links to external information sources. The timeline may be accessed through a social network. The timeline may be automatically updated. The timeline may include visual and audio events that may provide additional information to the user.
