  • Publication number: 20240091027
Abstract: An impaction handle for use during a surgical procedure to implant a fixed-bearing tibial tray into a surgically-prepared proximal end of a tibia is disclosed. The impaction handle includes an impact plate defining a proximal end of the impaction handle and an impact head defining a distal end of the impaction handle. The impaction handle also has an elongated shaft extending between the impact plate and the impact head, along with a locking mechanism to lock the handle to the tibial tray. The locking mechanism includes a thumbwheel positioned in the impact head and a locking shaft secured to the thumbwheel.

  • Patent number: 11459730
Abstract: A hydraulic system for a work vehicle that has a frame, a ground-engaging implement that moves the frame over a ground surface, and an attachment connected to the frame for movement with respect to the frame. The hydraulic system includes a pump that pumps hydraulic fluid, a first conduit fluidly connecting the pump and the attachment, a reservoir that contains hydraulic fluid, a second conduit fluidly connecting the pump to the reservoir, a fluid resistor fluidly connected with the second conduit, and a valve. The fluid resistor dissipates power from the work vehicle. The valve actuates between a first state in which the valve fluidly connects the pump to the first conduit such that hydraulic fluid is directed to the attachment, and a second state in which the valve fluidly connects the pump to the second conduit such that fluid is directed through the fluid resistor and into the reservoir.

  • Publication number: 20210316713
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed herein for automatically planning the workday of a battery unit powered electric work vehicle. The vehicle includes a chassis supported by traveling devices, itself further supporting a work implement. A battery unit discharges energy for at least assisting with actuation of the traveling devices and/or work implement. A controller receives input data from a user regarding specified missions to be performed by the work vehicle in a given period of time, and predicts rates of energy consumption for at least one operating mode corresponding to each remaining mission to be performed. The controller further generates, to a user interface, output data corresponding to a required charge state of the battery unit based on the predicted rates of energy consumption, relative to a detected current charge state of the battery unit. The controller may monitor activity and/or consumption rates throughout the day and proactively generate outputs for, e.g., usage optimization.

  • Patent number: 10450717
Abstract: In accordance with an example embodiment, a structural attachment assembly for a work vehicle is disclosed. The structural attachment assembly comprises opposing first and second connector ends. The first connector end is arranged for removable or fixed coupling to a frame of the work vehicle and the second connector end is arranged for removable or fixed coupling to another member of the attachment assembly. A support structure is coupled to and interposedly arranged between the first connector end and the second connector end. The support structure comprises a plurality of walls with inner surfaces defining an interior cavity. The interior cavity comprises a first reinforcement member and a second reinforcement member relatively arranged to form a structural reinforcement member that extends substantially through a length of the interior cavity.
