Abstract: A wood finishing machine having a plurality of finishing devices, such as sanding wheels or the like, disposed on opposite sides of and above a horizontal table over which a workpiece is fed so as to be acted upon by each of the finishing devices. Each of the finishing devices is biased toward the passing workpiece and is free to ride on a contoured surface of the workpiece. A plurality of biased rollers are supported above the workpiece for maintaining it flat on the table of the machine as the workpiece passes among the finishing devices.
