SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REMOVING ELECTROMAGNETIC INTERFERENCE FROM LOW-FIELD MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGES
Publication number: 20240168105Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods for removing electromagnetic interference from low-field magnetic resonance images. In one aspect, a method can include projecting a low-field strength magnetic field toward an object of interest located within a field of view and transmitting a radio frequency pulse sequence to a radio frequency coil assembly configured to selectively excite magnetization in the object of interest within the field of view. The method can further include receiving an output signal from the radio frequency coil assembly during a signal acquisition period and receiving a sample signal from the radio frequency coil assembly during an interference period. The method can further include comparing the output signal and the sample signal to identify an interference component and adjusting the output signal based on the interference component.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 19, 2022Publication date: May 23, 2024Applicant: Neuro42 Inc.Inventors: Benjamin INGLIS, Donghui YIN, Haidong PENG, Ghoncheh AMOUZANDEH, Xiaowei ZOU -

Publication number: 20240119496Abstract: In some implementations, a device may receive an indication of information associated with a stored value medium. The device may populate a database with the information associated with the stored value medium, where the database includes a table to link the information associated with the stored value medium with an entity identifier of an entity associated with the stored value medium. The device may receive an indication of an exchange associated with the entity identifier of the entity, where the exchange is not associated with the stored value medium. The device may parse the database using the entity identifier associated with the entity to identify the information associated with the stored value medium indicated in the database. The device may communicate, with a backend system, to enable the exchange to be at least partially completed using the resources associated with the stored value medium.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 19, 2023Publication date: April 11, 2024Inventors: Benjamin YIN, Lee ADCOCK, Nahid FARHADY GHALATY

Publication number: 20240012894Abstract: Methods and systems described herein for processing of codes stored within security objects may involve scanning a multitude of codes using the security object. When the codes have been scanned, the security object may store the codes until the mechanism is triggered by, for example, detection of a code processing device. As the security object cycles through the stored codes, it may detect a sound from the code processing device, and then a subsequent sound indicating that a first code and a second code have been processed. The security object may determine whether some codes (e.g., between the first code and the second code) may have been skipped and based on that determination, the security object may update cycling time (e.g., time each code is displayed) and then cycle through the other codes.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 11, 2022Publication date: January 11, 2024Applicant: Capital One Services, LLCInventors: Lee ADCOCK, Benjamin YIN, Geeta SHYAMALA, Nahid FARHADY GHALATY, Patrick SOFO

Publication number: 20230410114Abstract: In some implementations, a physical medium for card skimming detection may include a magnetic stripe, on which account information associated with a user account may be stored, one or more sensors configured to detect when information is read from the magnetic stripe, and a processor. The physical medium may detect a first read and a second read of the magnetic stripe. The physical medium may determine that the first read and the second read occur within a time threshold of each other. The physical medium may transmit, to a device and based on determining that the first read and the second read occur with the time threshold of each other, an alert signal indicating a potential threat associated with the user account.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 21, 2022Publication date: December 21, 2023Inventors: Benjamin YIN, Geeta SHYAMALA, Nahid FARHADY GHALATY
