Abstract: An exercise alignment device is provided that comprises a reflective surface supporting a plurality of markings thereon that promote symmetry, proper form, and range of motion during an exercise or athletic movement. Disposed centrally along the reflective surface is a vertical marking and a body reticle. Horizontal markings extend symmetrically outward from the sides of the vertical marking. Finally, a plurality of angular markings and complimentary angular marking indicia are provided that extend radially from the body reticle. The vertical marking promotes symmetry, while the horizontal markings ensure even and symmetrical body movements. Finally, the angular markings quantify range of motion and flexibility. A pair of light sources are provided that are used as moving markers on the reflective surface, whereby movement of the user and a bar member can be tracked. Finally, magnetic markers are provided for marking proper body placement and full extension reference markers.
